Refund Policy

At Digital DNT, we strive to deliver the highest quality of digital solutions, onboarding services, and ongoing retainers to our clients. Because our services involve significant time, planning, and resource allocation, we maintain the following refund policy:


1. Project-Based Services (Onboarding, Implementations, Setups)

  • Non-refundable once the project has commenced.
    Once work has started (e.g., kickoff call, access granted, resources allocated), payments are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel before work begins, you may request a full refund of any upfront fees paid.

2. Retainer & Subscription Services

  • Retainer payments are non-refundable once the service period has started.
  • Clients may choose to cancel upcoming billing cycles with 30 days’ written notice. Any work already delivered or scheduled within the current cycle will not be refunded.

3. Digital Products or Templates

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access or files have been delivered.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:

  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
  • Services not delivered as agreed, where no substantial work has been performed

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where eligible), email us at info@digitaldnt.com with:

  • Your full name and company name
  • Invoice or payment reference
  • Reason for the refund request
    • We will review and respond within 5–7 business days.
